Q. What’s your favorite breakfast spot in New Orleans, and what do you order?

Gracious Bakery

“My all-time favorite breakfast dish is the Egg Sandwich from Gracious Bakery. It’s served on a warm green onion bread with a perfectly cooked egg, fresh bacon and spicy arugula. I usually order it with a granola parfait on the side (even though the sandwich is gigantic) and a large French Truck coffee. My family probably goes to Gracious every other weekend.” — Nick Lama, Avo
